Reward Points

1.        What exactly is this Reward Points Program?

The Reward Points program is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty, and to offer future incentives when considering future purchases. Our Reward Points Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at The Personalised Touch you will earn Reward Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points towards payment for future purchases. Think of them as cash back on every order you place with us, therefore the bigger the order the higher the reward.

2.        How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, the total value of the goods ordered will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Reward Points account as pending points.

All pending points are listed in your Side Cart and will stay there until approved/confirmed by us. Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

Generally, once an order has been shipped, the pending points will be automatically transferred from pending to earned.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points. During the checkout process you'll be able to use your current points balance as payment towards your order.

3.        Points and Values

The value of the points for all products is based on the total of the goods.

Currently, for every £1.00 spent at our store you'll earn points.
Each point is worth £0.01 off a future purchase.
For example:
Product Cost:  £250.00
Value of Points Earned:  £2.50

4.        Redeeming Reward Points

If you have a balance in your Reward Points Account, you can use those points towards payment for purchases made at The Personalised Touch.

During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available.

In the event that the total of the points redeemed equals the cost of the goods purchased, you will still have to select another payment method to cover the cost of shipping.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Reward Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

5.       Minimum Purchase Amount Required

Currently, there is no minimum order price to earn points. Any purchase will earn you points equal to your order total, so save them for that BIG order

6.       Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order

Currently, a minimum balance of just 10 points is required before you can redeem them..

7.       Will my points expire?

No. Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.

8.       Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees are excluded.

9.     Will I earn points on Taxes?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, taxes are excluded.

10.     Will I earn points with purchases paid with points?

Suprisingly Yes. It's our way of saying thank you.

11.     Products Restrictions

Currently, no restrictions apply to what items may be purchased using your points balance. (This policy may change, so please check back often)

12.     Conditions of Use

  • Reward Points are only available to registered The Personalised Touch members.
  • Points can only be collected and used with online purchases, and are only valid at our shop.
  • Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
  • Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
  • When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
